Cancelation Policy
For a circuit with reserved seats, free cancellation only occurs within 14 days of purchase, if requested up to 72 hours before the date of use.
If you are unable to complete the circuit on the pre-scheduled trip, you can request a change by email (yellowbus@carris.pt) up to 72h before the date of use, which will be carried out without any penalty, provided that the product is available and there are seats.
Carristur reserves the right, for safety reasons, to suspend travels due to weather changes.
If Carristur needs to cancel the tour, a full refund of the purchase amount will be provided by Carristur. To do so, the customer must request the refund by email (yellowbus@carris.pt), providing the reservation/ticket reference for verification.

Children up to 12 years old and less than 135cm tall (at the same time) must be secured by an approved restraint system adapted to their size and weight (seats with or without back support). We leave Porto on a trip to Amarante, famous for its convent sweets, views over the Tâmega and the iconic church of São Gonçalo. Lunch will be served in the heart of the Douro Valley, with delicious regional specialities and wines. Visit to the wine cellar and taste three different wines. All these traditional delicacies are a heritage of flavours that reveal the best of the region.
After lunch we embark on a small river cruise in a Rabelo boat, on the calm waters of the Douro valley, flanked by terraces of vines of cheerful colors that the sun warms up and turns into sweetness. We continue our tour along the EN 222, considered one of the most beautiful roads in the country, and set off towards Quinta de São Luiz Kopke - the oldest Port wine house in the world, which has been producing this marvellous nectar since 1638, long before the region was demarcated. The wines tasting will take place in São Luiz winery, which produces one of the most prestigious Port wines in the world, Kopke Port.
