After making the online purchase, the vouchers are sent to your e-mail. To activate them, show them (printed or on the smartphone) to the driver. In return you will receive a ticket, which you will have to keep until the end of its validity. After exchanging the voucher for the ticket, the voucher loses its validity.
When purchasing the Flexible Ticket, the voucher is valid for 180 days. If you are not able to take the tours within this period, or on the selected date in the purchase (Ticket with Defined Date), please send us an email (yellowbus@carris.pt) to change it, which will be done without any penalty, provided that the product is available.
The cancellation is free if you do not use your ticket within 14 days after the purchase. After this date, it is nolonger possible to refund it.

Yes, it is possible to take small pets in all our vehicles (panoramic buses, trams and boat), if they are accommodated inside transportation cages, without occupying a seat.
In the tours with closed buses, only guide dogs will be allowed, which do not require a carrier.
Yes, it is possible as long as it is accommodated in a place that does not block the passage of other passengers.
