For a circuit with reserved seats, free cancellation only occurs within 14 days of purchase, if requested up to 72 hours before the date of use.

If you are unable to complete the circuit on the pre-scheduled trip, you can request a change by email (yellowbus@carris.pt) up to 72h before the date of use, which will be carried out without any penalty, provided that the product is available and there are seats.

Carristur reserves the right, for safety reasons, to suspend travels due to weather changes.
If Carristur needs to cancel the tour, a full refund of the purchase amount will be provided by Carristur. To do so, the customer must request the refund by email (yellowbus@carris.pt), providing the reservation/ticket reference for verification.

Small animals can be transported on our panoramic buses, trams, and boat, only inside carrier baskets, without occupying a seat.
Guided dogs are allowed and do not require a carrier basket.

To activate your voucher, present it (printed or on your smartphone) at the Sul e Sueste Station – Terreiro do Paço, at Yellow Tours and Experiences' counter 20 minutes before departure. You will receive a ticket in exchange for your voucher, which you must present to the boat staff and you must keep it until the end of the usage day.
